THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLED ORDERS ONCE THE MERCHANDISE IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT TO YOU OR HAS BEEN PREORDERED THE SALE IS FINAL.

If anything is incorrect, missing, or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at belfammestt@gmail.com or using the contact form on our website!
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL/ ALL ITEMS ARE AS IS
However, there may be extenuating circumstances in which a refund may be eligible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at belfammestt@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted and you will have to pay for all shipping costs to have items sent back to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Hosiery, body stockings, swimsuits, and intimate apparel can not be returned exchanged, or refunded under no circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
